Database maintains all the collection of sites and information about logins, passwords and etc. For database organisation Fast Submit uses XML, that makes possible to achieve high output and functionality. You can also look through the collection of sites and PAD descriptions of your projects, using any XML compatible editor. For example, Microsoft Explorer 5.0 or later version.
Our database is always filled up. For more quick refreshment of the local database on your computer in Fast Submit there is the possibility to refresh database through Internet. After the choice of menu item Reports|Update local database in the main window will be automatically connected with your server in Internet and make comparison with the existing local base and base on the server. After comparison all the additions will be displayed in the local database, In case of unsuccessful connection or impossible refreshment of the base, registered users may turn to technical service for refreshment. So, refreshment should be made from file. Refreshment from file is available when choosing menu item Reports|Update local database from file in the main window. Program actions on base refreshment are analogues to the ones described higher, except that you will be suggested to choose file on disk.
Such possibilities as saving reserve database copy and recover it from archive copy are not useless.
If you created site description of the non existing site, you'll load changes on our server using Reports|Upload a self-created database function. We'll examine your changes and add them into our site collection.
