You've already formed description of your program, filled in more than 40 fields of PAD description. The list of fields in the main window has grown to gigantic size. But for filling in you use only several main fields.
So the window of field list reflection will help you (pic.1).
To this dialog window you can get through the menu item Edit|Fast Submit options of the main window. In the opened option window choose tab PAD|PAD fields. In the appeared list put check box against the fields you'd like to see in the list. If the field is filled, but not marked, then it won't get into the list!

For quick orientation in the list you can mark any field in color. Click the color square beside the field name select any color from menu.
In some cases it is necessary to decline automatic filling of several fields. For example, the field "Program category" almost always needs person's check.
That's why to reduce time on page content analyses, you can point not to use several fields from PAD description in automatic filling.

Also the function of removing unfilled fields from the list can help you. This option may be on/off from the "PAD fields" popup menu in the main window. Right-click mouse button in the field of the list and select menu item pic.2 for that.

For easier work you can make the list of filled parameters be displayed in the separate, pop up window. For that purpose, pushing down the left mouse button in the horizontal line area (pic.3), drag the window th the place you need.
