After installation, start PBX Reports from the Start Menu. Configure Advanced PBX Data Logger to write SMDR data to a newly created database.

Multi-site and multi-PBX. Capability to build reports for multiple sites, departments, divisions, and PBX.
Many reports. More than 40 predefined reports (traffic reports, detailed reports, summary reports call center reports). Each report can be filtered by site, department, division or extension or by a user-defined filter.
Cost. The program can calculate a call cost automatically for corresponding reports.
Graphics and histograms. Several summary and traffic reports can be outputted as graphics or histograms.
Export to PDF, Word. All reports can be saved to Adobe PDF or MS Word files.
Scheduled reports. The PBX Reports can send scheduled reports to administrators via email or store it on a network drive.
Web reports. Build-in HTTP server allows administrators or users to build and view reports from remote computers.
