Getting started is easy. PBX Reports is ready!

After installation, start PBX Reports from the Start Menu. Configure Advanced PBX Data Logger to write SMDR data to a newly created database.

Multi-site and multi-PBX. Capability to build reports for multiple sites, departments, divisions, and PBX;

Many reports. More than 20 predefined reports (traffic reports, detailed reports, summary reports call center reports). Each report can be filtered by site, department, division or extension or by a user-defined filter;

Cost. The program can calculate a call cost automatically for corresponding reports;

Graphics and histograms. Several summary and traffic reports can be outputted as graphics or histograms;

Export to PDF, Word. All reports can be saved to Adobe PDF or MS Word files;

Scheduled reports. The PBX Reports can send scheduled reports to administrators via email or store it on a network drive;

Web reports. Build-in HTTP server allows administrators or users to build and view reports from remote computers;
