Mitel MiVoice Office 400 - SMDR/CDR call logging & accounting

This data is being extracted with help of the "Advanced PBX Data Logger" software only. It may not be applicable for other software titles.

PBX settings (R3.2+)

Please do the following in your PBX settings.

  1. Login to your PBX management console.
  2. Go to the "Charges → General" page.
  3. Change the settings:
  4. Select Outgoing and incoming call loggin (OCL + ICL).
  5. IP address: 192.168.1.60 (the IP addres of the computer where Advanced PBX Data Logger was installed). Note: the computer with the logger should be in the same subnet with your PBX.
  6. TCP port: 1080.
  7. OCL format: PC5.
  8. ICL format: PC5.
  9. Title line: empty.
  10. Language: English.
  11. Click the Apply button.

Configuring PBX Data Logger as a TCP client

Our software should work in the TCP client mode. It means that our software will initiate connection with the PBX and the PBX will work as a server. Add one or several PBX IP addresses here (the IP address of the Aastra 470). The port number should match the port that you have defined within the PBX (1080 in the example below).

1. Add a new configuration with the TCP data source (if you didn't it before).
